We will visit two places full of culture and magic, starting with Uxmal, one of the most important Mayan cities in the region and an unprecedented beauty.

We will share with you some cool history of the mayans as we get to the city and then you will discover it at your own rythm.

Take photographs with the morning light and enjoy its amazing architecture while we will wait for you in the entrance with out rush (leaving early its a must avoiding the heat and the crowds) If you are already in Yucatan, you have to know Uxmal!

Then we will move to the Chocostory Museum (in front), where we will know the importance of cocoa for the Mayans, showing the process of elaboration and importance from ancient times to the present.

We will walk in a botanical garden full of tropical vegetation, & rescued animals, we will enjoy a drink of pure cocoa, in addition to witnessing an traditional Mayan ceremony performed by an X'men (Shaman).

"Knowing we were bringing a six year old with a limited attention span, we weren’t looking for a super intense guided tour of Uxmal. We loved that this experience gave us safe transportation, a charismatic and talkative guide for the car ride but then the chance to explore Uxmal on our own (you can hire a tour guide when you get there but we chose not to). The time allotted to explore was perfect for us with a child. The Chocostory Museum after was much more impressive than we anticipated! We loved learning the history of cacao and our son was engaged the whole time. Miguel was a great guide at the museum with his knowledge, energy and ability to translate into English. We also did his cenote experience (with his friend Moises as our guide) and it was also great for a family with children. Highly recommend Miguel Ángel and his experiences."
